Morro Bay Book Discussion Groups – free programs at the Morro Bay Library, funded by the Morro Bay Friends of the Library

We are made up of a community of readers and students of life interested in learning and exploring different genres of books and literature.

1st & 3rd Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. – Noon

If you like the idea of discussing books you have just read or just want to learn more about a book before you read it, this is the place to be.

Each 1st & 3rd Wednesday participants will have a chance to read and discuss anything from the latest bestsellers, classics, traditional literature, and historical fiction, mysteries or non-fiction books. Join us in animated and thoughtful discussion as we explore a variety of diverse and interesting books.

All Wednesday Programs meet at the Morro Bay Library.

2nd Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. – Noon

The 2nd Wednesdays Mystery Readers group meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 10AM-noon.  We read and discuss a wide spectrum of mysteries, thrillers and suspense novels. Interested lovers of mysteries are encouraged to come and discuss murder, mayhem and crime!

All 2nd Wednesday Mystery Readers Programs meet at the Morro Bay Library.
